Our thinly cut original beef snack is made using the best New Zealand Beef and a combination of salt, black pepper, coriander and vinegar. We trim all excess fat then slow cure the beef the traditional way by air drying. We use only natural ingredients in our recipe and as a result the taste is not modified by flavour enhancers and does not contain any MSG.The result is an authentic taste of traditional cured beef .
