Our thinly cut original beef snack is made using the best New Zealand Beef and a combination of salt, black pepper, coriander and vinegar. We trim all excess fat then cure the beef the traditional way. We use only natural ingredients in our recipe and as a result the taste is not modified by flavour enhancers and does not contain any MSG.The result is an authentic taste of traditional cured beef .
