Everyone has a different approach, but, the longer you let the spices marinate the better the taste,
Our basic recipe:
Marinade meat in malt vinegar for around two minutes.
Apply Bobs Biltong spice liberally. Apply spice to the base of the dish and then liberally on the top of each meat steak. Layer the meat ensuring full coverage of each piece by spices. Leave refrigerated overnight.
Hang in a biltong dryer
Dry in the biltong box until desired dryness is achieved. Cut into slices of desired thickness
