Our thinly cut New Zealand beef snack made with our original Bob's Biltong spices. With no flavour enhancers, nitrates or MSG, this is the perfect treat to take along on a hike, out on the boat while fishing, or while watching the rugby at home.

A carefully blended mix of black pepper and coriander.  The rich full-bodied taste is a result of a low and slow curing process that takes between 5 and 7 days and produces a succulent thinly cut taste of pure New Zealand export Biltong. An excellent alternative to jerky and a must-try.
